On Saturday May 10, please swing by “The Barn” at 3729 Lithia Pinecrest Road to pick up and take out some tasty barbecue! For a mere $6, you get a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, chips, and a beverage…and, if you have room, tempting desserts will be for sale for $1 each. And the best news of all, all this benefits many fine young men.
Boy Scout Troop 610 of St Stephen Catholic Church is holding this BBQ fundraiser to help with the costs of sending a dozen of its members to the premier Philmont Scout Ranch in the rugged New Mexico wilderness for two weeks of backpacking, camping, training, and service programs. The BBQ will be on the east side of Lithia Pinecrest Road, 3/4 mile south of Bloomingdale (3729). Look for the signs for this tasty take-out meal! The BBQ will be open for business at 10:30 and close at 5:00 so plan to have lunch and dinner there!! Please come out and support these fine young men!
